M y original idea was to go on a trip to the country where the magical history of coffee has originated. Ethiopia, however, is not just about coffee and its history. It is the uniqueness of its people and their kindness."

"The smile of their children. It is their culture. Their history. Their pride. The peculiarity of their food and nutrition. It is its vast horizon!" The diversity of its landscape and the alternation of its natural scenery. All this together made my experience highly polysemous. In addition to the unique way of growing and processing coffee, I had the pleasure to meet young people with passion and vision of their country but also with genuine respect for the products they grow. People who try to bridge traditions with modern life. People who welcome visitors from other countries as guests and not like strangers. In a few words, my trip to hospitable Ethiopia came to be a turning point in my life!
